Common Back Training Exercises and Techniques
Your back is the foundation of your body’s stability. It is very complex in structure with multiple layers of muscles that are responsible for a wide variety of movements. Here are images of the Start and Finish position from a number of common strength-training exercises for your back. This is by no means an exhaustive list of exercises, however it is a large selection (with exercises added all the time), which illustrate proper anatomical form. Incorporate one or more of these exercises into your routine and you’ll see benefits from start to finish.
